Consultations are arranged By Appointment Only at our Studio.
During your consultation we will discuss the details of your Wedding/Event Design.
Your theme can also be incorporated into your design. We will show you a range of samples of our work and what is possible, with the range of materials we have.
We will also design stationery options such as menus, table numbers, thank you cards, place cards, wedding programs & gift tags to complete your stationery set.
We will also work within your budget to choose the perfect design that is bespoke to you.
Estimation and Deposit
After your consultation, we will produce a detailed pricing estimate (including design and materials) for you along with a timescale.
We will require a non refundable deposit or full payment to start your project, this covers the design process any type of design work.
Concepts and Design
All design concepts and proofs are sent via email in digital format. Designs for wedding day items such as table numbers, place cards, menus etc. will generally take place in the weeks leading up to your wedding after we have established your final invitation design. This applies to any event also, or if just wedding/event stationery.
Wedding Invitations will be months in advance and Save the Date cards up to a year. Please note that in order to begin the design process we need necessary wording information.
Pre-Production and Proofing
All text is to be re read and proof read, it’s normally a good idea to get a family member or friend just to double check you have not missed anything. This is one time that you REALLY don’t want any errors. Make sure to check grammar, spelling or typos and commas are in their rightful place. All names are spelled correctly, and please, make sure the date and year are right.
Once all proofs are reviewed, we make all necessary revisions and send you a final proof to approve before going to print. At the end of this stage all final balances are to be cleared before moving on to final production.
Please note: Once digital proofs are approved and sent to print we are not responsible for any errors and mistakes overlooked or omitted during your preview.
During this stage we assemble your order (if needed).
Please allow approximately 2 – 3 weeks for most classic and custom orders.
Our exact production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
You may also request a rush service at an additional fee.
Pickup or Delivery
Once your order has been printed and we have completed assembly (if needed), we will contact you by phone or email to schedule a suitable pickup time or delivery.
